Data collection

We apply conventional and contemporary data collection techniques guided by efficiency and value for money to our clients. We collect data for in-house research as well as on behalf of other research agencies who have no field operations in Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda and in West Africa’s Nigeria and Ghana through our proxies.
Some of the common data collection methods we apply include quantitative methods such as Pen and Paper (PAPI), Computer Aided Personal Interviews (CAPI), Computer Aided Telephone Interviews (CATI) and Online research while qualitative methods cover, Focus group discussions, In-depth interviews, Key Informant Interviews and Online focus groups/IDIs (through video link). Other methods include; Mystery shoppers, Mystery caller and Stakeholder mapping.
